Kuliya is an online marketplace operating in Sri Lanka that connects individuals and businesses looking to rent items, vehicles, equipment, or properties with those who have them available for rent. Kuliya acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to the actual rental agreement between users.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or posting an ad.
• You are solely responsible for the items you list, ensuring you have the legal right to rent them out.
• You agree not to post false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal content.

4. Prohibited Items

Users are strictly prohibited from listing items that are illegal under Sri Lankan law, stolen goods, weapons, hazardous materials, or explicit content. Kuliya reserves the right to remove any listing without prior notice.

5. Liability

Kuliya does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items listed, nor the truth or accuracy of the listings. Users rent at their own risk. We strongly advise inspecting items and signing proper legal agreements for high-value rentals.
